Larry from Big Ben came to do our CLO2 fumigation to address a smell in our basement from water, he was very professional, took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The work was done exactly on time, and the communication throughout the process was great. The treatment worked great, the whole house smells fresh and clean now! I would happily recommend Big Ben to others, and will likely use them again myself.

Our family purchased a home in which the previous occupants smoked heavily for 10+ years. Migrane-inducing stink.
